Texas Department of Information Resources
Verdtek is a minority and woman-owned information technology services company that is certified with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts as a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB). Since 2009, we have successfully provided broad and deep IT consulting services to state agencies and local governments that have helped attain critical projects while saving taxpayer money in the process. Our satisfaction rate is 100%, and that’s why clients keep us at the top of their contact lists for upcoming projects.
The services we provide are available to all levels of Texas government including, but not limited to, state and local governments and educational districts. Benefits for entities taking advantage of our contract agreements include increased business value and maximized purchasing power through an integrated supply chain of technology services. Plus, we keep the bottom line of budgets ‘in line’ by offering predetermined rates that are set for the length of the specific DIR contract.
This relationship is part of the DIR Cooperative Contracts program, which is a streamlined cooperative purchasing program for state and local government, public education, and other public entities in Texas, as well as public entities outside the state.
